Simple, straightforward pricing 

Unlike other recruitment agencies out there, we've made our charging simple and straightforward with a fixed Introduction Fee* that scales according to first year gross salary. We also exclude things like bonus, commission and car allowance from our definition of salary in order to make our charging fairer and reduce your hiring costs.

We work hard to ensure that the Candidates we place are the right fit, but sometimes they might decide to leave a job during the first few months. So, we've even made our rebate terms as fair as possible and easy to calculate, returning 100% of the Introduction Fee if a Candidate leaves within the first week of employment and reducing at 1/12th per week thereafter over their first 12 weeks in the job (if we haven't been able to find a suitable replacement first).

If your business is an accredited Living Wage Employer, you automatically qualify for a 5% discount from our recruitment fees. If you hold Investors In People accreditation, that'll save you 5% too. And that's before applying any of the special offers we run from time-to-time, which you can also take advantage of.
